2002进入浙江大学过程装备与控制工程专业,获学士学位。2006年保送浙江大学光电信息工程学系攻读博士学位,导师童利民教授。2012年6月获得博士学位。2012年底进入上海理工大学光电系。

研究方向为微纳物体运动的精密与智能控制,探索其在微纳米机器人、原子制造、宏观量子效应观测及操控,极弱力测量等领域的应用。代表性工作为发明了“光热冲镊”技术,首次实现了固体界面上微纳物体的捕获及操控;理论上推导出瞬态热弹性动力学方程,建立纳米瞬态热弹性动力学理论。光热冲镊技术的发明使得激光最终实现了可在堪比海陆空三界(真空/气体,液体及固体)环境中任意捕获及操控微纳物体,也是中国在激光捕获领域的首次原创突破。以第一及通讯作者发表国内外知名SCI期刊论文近50篇,包括Nature CommunicationsScience AdvancesLight: Science & Applications等。获浙江大学竺可桢奖学金(学生最高奖学金)、浙江省自然科学一等奖、饶毓泰基础光学奖优秀奖、金国藩青年学子奖学金各1项。主持国家自然科学基金青年、面上及优秀青年基金等项目、上海市自然科学基金青年项目、上海市人才发展资金资助各1项,入选上海市曙光计划及青年科技启明星计划。

指导本科生获“挑战杯”大学生课外学术作品竞赛全国三等奖、上海市一等奖,及上海市教学成果一等奖各1项。国家发明专利授权12项。担任NatureCommunications等多个国际学术期刊的审稿专家浙江大学机器人协会创始人(2005)。
